INTERIOR BUILD
- All M&E systems are available to us through specialist sub-contractors

FITTINGS
- Our design team consult with the client and produce a design & plan to suit their requirements
- All types of retail are catered for and we have an extensive portfolio of clients in all trades
- Bespoke options are available thanks to our in-house manufacturing
 STRUCTURAL ENGINGEERING & CERTIFICATION
- We can take a project team from the point where a client has their architectural drawing & planning permission
- This involves us producing engineering & structural drawings in-house
- We produce all certifications for bank stage payments and sign off.
- Also included are electrical certifications
LIGHTING
- Several lighting systems are available to us and each site is independently accessed and a lighting plan supplied by our in-house lighting specialist

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Each project has its own Conroy experienced project manager on site to guide the client through what is unchartered waters
