Site Manager — Industrial & Logistics

Dublin / Leinster Full-time Permanent

The Role

  • Lead day-to-day site operations on industrial and logistics builds across Leinster
  • Manage subcontractor coordination, programme delivery, and quality standards
  • Enforce Conroy's Plan Safe. Work Safe. programme across all site activities
  • Drive construction sequencing, logistics planning, and material management
  • Report directly to the Project Director with full ownership of site delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in site management on commercial or industrial projects
  • Proven ability to manage programmes in excess of €10m
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and PSCS responsibilities
  • Experience managing MEP and civil subcontractor packages
  • Relevant third-level qualification in Construction Management or Engineering

Site & Operations

Project Manager — Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences

Munster / National Full-time Permanent

The Role

  • Manage full project lifecycle on GMP and classified pharmaceutical facilities
  • Coordinate design, procurement, and construction within regulated environments
  • Maintain compliance with cleanroom protocols, permit-to-work systems, and client SOPs
  • Lead project controls including programme, cost reporting, and change management
  • Interface directly with client project teams and facility operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience with at least 5 in pharmaceutical or life sciences construction
  • Demonstrated experience delivering in live facility environments
  • Strong understanding of cleanroom classification, commissioning, and validation
  • Proficiency in project controls, earned value, and formal reporting structures
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline

MEP Coordinator

Dublin Full-time Permanent

The Role

  • Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing packages across construction projects
  • Manage MEP design review, clash detection, and BIM coordination with the design team
  • Drive services installation sequencing aligned with the master programme
  • Monitor MEP subcontractor performance against programme, quality, and safety benchmarks
  • Support commissioning planning and handover documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in MEP coordination on commercial or industrial projects
  • Proficiency in BIM tools (Navisworks, Revit) and clash detection workflows
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in technical environments
  • Ability to read and interpret M&E design drawings and specifications
  • Relevant qualification in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Senior Estimator — Technical Sectors

Dublin Full-time Permanent

The Role

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for industrial, pharmaceutical, data, and energy projects
  • Analyse tender documentation, specifications, and drawings to identify risk and opportunity
  • Engage with the supply chain to obtain competitive subcontractor and material pricing
  • Collaborate with pre-construction and design teams on buildability and value engineering
  • Present tender submissions to senior management and support client negotiations

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years' estimating experience in main contracting
  • Proven track record pricing projects in excess of €15m across complex construction sectors
  • Strong working knowledge of measurement standards and cost planning
  • Experience with digital take-off tools and estimating software
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline

Quantity Surveyor

Dublin / Hybrid Full-time Permanent

The Role

  • Manage the commercial function on assigned projects from post-contract to final account
  • Prepare monthly cost value reconciliations, forecasts, and cash flow projections
  • Administer subcontract procurement, interim valuations, and variation management
  • Identify and manage commercial risk, ensuring early escalation where required
  • Support dispute resolution and maintain accurate, auditable commercial records

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' post-contract QS experience in main contracting
  • Strong understanding of standard forms of contract (RIAI, Public Works, JCT)
  • Experience managing subcontract packages and supply chain accounts
  • Proficiency in cost management systems and reporting tools
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics

BIM Manager

The Role

  • Establish and manage BIM execution plans across all active projects
  • Lead model coordination, clash detection, and 4D programme integration
  • Drive digital delivery standards and ensure compliance with client BIM requirements
  • Support pre-construction with 3D visualisation, sequencing, and logistics modelling
  • Manage the common data environment and information exchange protocols

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' BIM management experience in construction
  • Expert proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Synchro or equivalent 4D tools
  • Strong understanding of ISO 19650 information management standards
  • Experience implementing BIM on projects in excess of €10m
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline

Design Manager — Data & Energy

Dublin / National Full-time Permanent

The Role

  • Manage design development and coordination on data facility and critical environment projects
  • Lead design team meetings, track deliverables, and manage the design programme
  • Conduct buildability reviews and identify design risks during pre-construction
  • Coordinate between client design consultants, subcontractor design, and the site team
  • Ensure design compliance with planning conditions, building regulations, and client specifications

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years' design management experience in main contracting
  • Proven experience on data facility, energy, or mission-critical environment projects
  • Strong understanding of design coordination, RFI management, and design risk registers
  • Ability to review and interrogate architectural, structural, and MEP design packages
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
