Careers & Supply Chain

The supply chain
Conroy builds with

Conroy is a construction manager and general contractor delivering across industrial, commercial, pharmaceutical, critical environments, and interiors. We work with a pre-qualified supply chain of subcontractors and specialist suppliers who share our commitment to safety, quality, and programme reliability.

Our Position

A partnership built on clarity, fairness, and shared standards

The environments Conroy operates in — live pharmaceutical facilities, data facility retrofits, critical environments, and large-scale industrial builds — require subcontractors who bring strong H&S performance, quality documentation, and the ability to work within structured permit and quality systems.

We pre-qualify suppliers we intend to work with. The process is straightforward, the requirements are clear, and the relationship we offer is a genuine commercial partnership — built on mutual respect and professional standards.

01
Consistent standards across every project
Conroy's H&S and quality requirements apply on every project regardless of size, sector, or programme pressure. Our supply chain partners can expect the same consistency and professionalism from us in return.
02
Fair and prompt payment
Conroy operates a straightforward payment process. Valuations are agreed on the basis of work completed. Applications are processed promptly, and our commercial team works collaboratively to ensure accounts are managed fairly.
03
Clear scope and complete tender documentation
Conroy's pre-construction team produces detailed tender packages — complete drawings, specifications, clear scope, and a programme to price against. We provide the information you need to price accurately and confidently.
04
Open communication and early resolution
Site issues, programme risks, and scope queries are raised and resolved collaboratively in real time. We value supply chain partners who share this approach to transparent, proactive communication.

Tenders are issued with complete documentation. We allow adequate time to price properly. Award decisions are communicated promptly with clear feedback.
Project Standards

Standards that define every Conroy project

These are the standards we maintain across all projects. They ensure a safe, well-managed working environment for everyone on site — and they are the foundation of a successful partnership.

  • Every operative holds a current SafePass (Ireland) or CSCS card (UK) as a minimum
  • Method Statements and Risk Assessments submitted and approved before any high-risk activity starts
  • All operatives inducted on Conroy's site induction before commencing work
  • Supervision present on site whenever operatives are working
  • PTW compliance on all live-environment projects — integrated within Conroy's permit system
  • Quality hold points observed — formal written release required at each ITP hold point before proceeding
  • All plant and equipment on site is documented, inspected, and certificated
  • Non-conformances reported and addressed in real time
  • Waste managed, segregated, and disposed of compliantly with records maintained
  • Programme performance reported weekly — progress against baseline with proactive management of any variance
