CONROY was founded in 1991 by Martin Conroy. For over three decades, the business has built a reputation for delivering complex construction projects on programme, to specification, and with a level of personal accountability that's increasingly rare in this industry.

Today, we are entering the next chapter of that story — positioning CONROY as a general contractor and construction manager delivering across complex and demanding construction environments.

The Irish construction market is entering a period of sustained demand across all five of these sectors. The industrial and logistics pipeline alone has seen significant growth, driven by nearshoring, supply chain resilience, and Ireland's position as a European distribution hub. In parallel, pharmaceutical, commercial, and data facility investment continues to accelerate.
