How we govern the business

Conroy is a privately held construction contractor incorporated in the Republic of Ireland, operating to formal management standards across health & safety, quality, and environmental performance. The business is directed by Martin Conroy and James Conroy, who hold joint accountability for all operational and compliance matters.

There is no separation between ownership, governance, and delivery responsibility. Policy commitments, governance structure, and statutory statements published here are owned at director level — for clients, supply chain partners, and prospective employees.
